  • May 19th – ABC Board at regularly scheduled monthly meeting shall pass a resolution to ratify the final contract.

Deadline For Bid Submittal and Deliverance 

Bid submissions due by 12 PM on Friday, April 25th. Any bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Bids shall be delivered to the office of the General Manager at 230 International Drive, Concord NC 28027.

Use Restrictions by proximity as per City Of Concord City Code: No Church, Daycare, nor School Uses. 
Broker Participation is acknowledged and must be registered on the submitted bid form. The submitted bid form shall have the bidder signature and any broker signature.
