February 15th – Marketing Initiation

April 4th at 12 PM – Opening call for sealed bids. 

April 25th at 12 PM – Closing for receipt of sealed bids. 

May 1st – May 19th – Chosen bidder and ABC Board work to finalize an executable contract, associated documents, and exhibits.

May 19th – ABC Board at regularly scheduled monthly meeting shall pass a resolution to ratify the final contract.

June 19th – Target closing 30 days following contract ratification.

The buyer will be required to provide “proof of funds” and ability to close 30 days after contract execution.

Broker Participation is acknowledged and must be registered on the submitted bid form. The submitted bid form shall have the bidder signature and any broker signature.

Deadline For Bid Submittal and Deliverance 

Bid submissions due by 12 PM on Friday, April 25th. Any bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Bids shall be delivered to the office of the General Manager at 230 International Drive, Concord NC 28027.
